SolarWinds will move its global headquarters into about 100,000 square feet at Zilker Point on South Lamar Boulevard, giving Generational Commercial Properties the first office tenant for a building that has stood empty since its 2024 completion and shrinking the software company's Austin footprint by more than two-thirds.
