Transwestern Investments and NewQuest have formed a joint venture and begun construction on Kyle Park, a 412,588-square-foot regional lifestyle center anchored by Dick's Sporting Goods, Burlington, HomeGoods and others within a 101-acre mixed-use development at I-35 and Bebee Road in Kyle.
