A partnership led by developer Jonas Woods and the Ignite-Rebees team behind Henderson Avenue's retail revival has unveiled a roughly $600 million plan for two high-rises on a 2.2-acre Katy Trail site near the Highland Park line, pairing a 97-room boutique hotel with 153 luxury residences priced largely between $2 million and $8 million.
