Speculative Projects Drive Houston Industrial Pipeline to 22.7MM SQFT

Houston's industrial development pipeline climbed to 22.7 million square feet under construction in the second quarter of 2026, with speculative projects making up more than 81 percent of the total, as builders pressed ahead even amid a swelling supply of new space, according to Savills.
