Austin Overhauls Development Review, Cutting Site Plan Timelines to 20 Days

Austin Development Services Director Keith Mars says an 18-month overhaul has delivered the fastest development-review timelines in the city's history, cutting site plan reviews to roughly a month even as Austin leans on outside contractors and artificial intelligence to keep pace.
