Fort Worth-based Canyon Creek Real Estate has made its Austin debut by acquiring One Eleven Congress, a 30-story downtown tower, from Cousins Properties for $208 million, backing the purchase with a $136.5 million loan from Wells Fargo as capital edges back toward well-leased Class A office in a recovering market.
