Pennsylvania-based freight and fulfillment provider Logistics Plus has committed to the entire second building at Bandera Ventures and Invesco Real Estate's Southport Logistics Center in Wilmer, a deal that fills the roughly 1.5-million-square-foot park and deepens the company's already sizable footprint in southern Dallas County.
