Lewisville-based Admiral Legacy Investments and Orlando's Foundry Commercial have started construction on a five-story Class A office building that will anchor an 18-acre innovation campus in Mansfield, with the local economic development corporation and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center already committed as tenants.
