FC Dallas Opens First Phase of $215MM Toyota Stadium Overhaul as Frisco’s $1B District Slips Three Years

FC Dallas will unveil the rebuilt east side of Toyota Stadium on Sept. 5, the first finished piece of a reconstruction whose cost has climbed past $215 million, even as the billion-dollar office, hotel and residential district meant to rise around it has slipped roughly three years.
