Financial services and insurance tenant Lion Resources has signed for 74,393 square feet of new space at 6021 Connection Drive, a building in Piedmont Office Realty Trust's three-building campus known as The Connection, handing Las Colinas one of its larger third-quarter commitments as finance firms drive Dallas-Fort Worth office demand.
