Washington and Seoul have picked NextEra Energy Resources and Related Companies, working with Lewis Energy Group, to build Project Star, a $22.3 billion natural gas power campus in La Salle County's Encinal that would feed an adjacent 5-gigawatt data center campus planned by Related Digital and send surplus electricity to the ERCOT grid.
