Morgan has begun leasing The Watson, a seven-story podium community at 11901 Burnet Road that it developed, built and will operate itself, putting roughly $70 million of new North Austin housing, including about 45 income-restricted units, into a metro where apartment vacancy is finally falling after a historic construction wave.
