Auberge Opens Bookings at 140-Room The Knox for January 2027 as 1MM SQFT Knox Street Project Nears Completion in Dallas

Auberge Collection has set a Jan. 29, 2027 debut for The Knox, the 140-room hotel at the center of the more than 1 million-square-foot Knox Street redevelopment, and is asking as much as $15,000 a night for its largest suite as the venture behind the project, which includes BDT & MSD Partners and Trammell Crow Company, bets on Dallas' appetite for ultra-luxury stays.
