Sam's Club will open its nearly 168,000-square-foot warehouse club at The Grand at 249 in Tomball on Nov. 19, giving NewQuest's $90 million, 548,929-square-foot shopping center at Highway 249 and the Grand Parkway its first major anchor after a decades-long wait that outlasted a departed Kroger and a pandemic.
