Rice Breaks Ground on $75MM, 200,000 SQFT Arc in Houston’s Ion District, Committing to 80,000 SQFT for AI Foundry

Rice University broke ground Nov. 4 on the Arc, a $75 million, 200,000-square-foot research and office building next to the Ion in Midtown Houston, and confirmed it will occupy about 40 percent of the space itself, with Transwestern marketing the rest.
