Austin-based nuclear startup Aalo Atomics has confirmed it is taking a manufacturing facility in Georgetown, with sources pointing to Jackson-Shaw's CrossPoint Business District and a 606,000-square-foot speculative building that would rank among the largest single industrial leases ever signed in the Austin market.
