Denver-based Bow River Capital has taken control of a 456-unit garden-style community on the northern edge of AllianceTexas, buying Dry Creek Ranch from Western Securities in an Institutional Property Advisors-brokered trade that marks the firm's second North Texas apartment purchase in six months.
