DSV has taken all 1,122,493 square feet of Building 1 at EQT Exeter's Exeter Westpark II in Denton, a 2023-built distribution center that tops Savills' list of Dallas-Fort Worth's notable third-quarter leases, months after the Danish logistics giant committed to another million-square-foot building in Northlake.
