Ford Powell & Carson’s $15MM Main Plaza Redesign Clears San Antonio Design Review

San Antonio's Historic and Design Review Commission has cleared a conceptual redesign of Main Plaza that would add a 5,500-square-foot pavilion, a cafe and a fully accessible surface to the city's founding civic square, financed by $10 million in municipal debt and $5 million in private money.
