Newmark's Dallas industrial capital markets team has sold Gateway Crossing Logistics Park, a three-building, 1,752,886-square-foot Class A distribution campus in Forney that reached full occupancy less than two years after Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments and Principal Asset Management delivered it.
