Fort Worth-based engineering and architecture firm Freese and Nichols has relocated its Austin operation into 38,990 square feet at 10901 Stonelake Boulevard, landing one of the largest office deals of the third quarter in a Northwest Austin submarket where tenants still hold the pricing advantage.
