Griffin Partners Lands Southwest Houston Site for Three-Building, 872,000 SQFT Industrial Park

Griffin Partners has closed on land just south of Chimney Rock Road and McHard Road for a three-building, 872,125-square-foot industrial campus, a February 2027 start that would add a large block of new supply to southwest Houston, where vacancy is among the lowest in the metro and data center suppliers have been among the most active tenants.
