The U.S. General Services Administration has signed a 56,213-square-foot relocation at 5401 N Beach Street, a 431,579-square-foot former Fortune 50 campus in Fort Worth's Fossil Creek Business Park, bringing a federal tenant to the submarket with the highest availability in Dallas-Fort Worth.
