Harris County Flood Control District Relocates to 87,000 SQFT at Westway III in Northwest Houston

The agency responsible for reducing flood risk across Harris County has committed to 86,743 square feet at 4425 Westway Park Boulevard, the largest deal on Savills' list of notable third-quarter office leases and a sizable public-sector bet on a Northwest Houston corridor that carries the metro's highest availability.
