FleetPride Subleases 84,000 SQFT at 5601 Granite Parkway in Plano’s Granite Park

Heavy-duty truck parts distributor FleetPride, newly enlarged by its merger with TruckPro, is relocating into 83,939 square feet of sublease space at 5601 Granite Parkway in Plano, pulling another corporate operation into the Granite Park office district along the Dallas North Tollway.
