Harting Connectivity Inc. is evaluating roughly 700,000 square feet at Holt Lunsford Commercial's newly completed Carter Crossing park for a cable manufacturing plant and division headquarters, a $192.7 million commitment that would pull the German connector maker's U.S. corporate operations out of suburban Chicago and now hinges on a city tax break scheduled for a Sept. 29 vote.
