JLL Capital Markets has closed the sale of Innovation Ridge Logistics Park, a three-building, roughly 1.14-million-square-foot Class AA industrial development in Forney that was 77 percent leased at closing and sits in one of Dallas-Fort Worth's fastest-expanding logistics submarkets.
