Dallas-based Ramrock Real Estate has acquired the long-fading Ridgmar Mall on Fort Worth's west side and, alongside Lincoln Property Company and KBC Advisors, will demolish the 1976 shopping center to build a six-building logistics park at one of the metroplex's busiest highway crossings.
