Austin-based Riverside has opened The Waylon, a KTGY-designed, 300-unit apartment community that fills a former office parking lot at 7618 Burnet Road with two five-story buildings, a new garage and courtyards built around the site's heritage oaks, delivering into a North Central Austin rental market where vacancy is finally falling.
