Scott Everett's embattled S2 Capital has sold the 266-unit Ellington in Plano to distressed-asset specialist Red Summit Partners and shed the 223-unit Brixton on the Dallas North Tollway, marking at least three Dallas-Fort Worth dispositions this year as the syndicator scrambles to salvage value from a portfolio battered by high interest rates.
