Shorenstein Investment Advisers has purchased the 20-story Sherry Lane Place, the tallest office building in Dallas' Preston Center, lifting the San Francisco firm's ownership to nearly a fifth of the coveted submarket's Class A inventory in its fourth North Texas deal in two years.
