Pasadena-based switchgear maker Spike Electric Controls has leased all 643,118 square feet of a 2020-vintage cross-dock warehouse at 10591 Red Bluff Road in Bayport South Business Park, a big step up for a manufacturer that started in a boat storage unit in Dickinson 13 years ago.
