Tesla has signed a lease for all 1,218,956 square feet of TGS Cedar Port DC 4 at 7505 Fisher Road in Baytown, the largest Houston industrial lease Savills tracked in the third quarter and a full-building commitment for a million-square-foot warehouse that TGS Cedar Port Partners built on speculation.
