Texas has vaulted past Virginia to become the largest data center market on the planet, driven by a construction pipeline concentrated in the Austin-San Antonio corridor, Dallas-Fort Worth and West Texas, even as state leaders move to slow the pace of approvals, according to newly released research from JLL.
