Texas emerged as one of the clearest winners in CBRE's latest tech talent rankings, with Dallas-Ft. Worth adding the second-most tech jobs of any market in North America, Austin holding a top-five position and San Antonio among the fastest-growing markets, as the state pairs rapid expansion with costs far below the coasts.
