The Loren Group Buys Foreclosed 162-Room Thompson San Antonio From Sunrise, Southern Realty Trust for $41MM

The Loren Group, a Manhattan-based luxury hotel owner, has taken the 162-room Thompson San Antonio off the hands of the lenders who foreclosed on it in March, paying $41 million in a deal the sellers largely financed themselves and committing another $10 million to upgrade the River Walk property.
