Rosewood’s First Dallas Condo Tower Nears Completion, Readies Final Seven Penthouses

Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek, a 17-story luxury condominium tower that survived a foreclosure scare last summer before a $97.5 million recapitalization, is entering its final finish-out and preparing to sell the last of its penthouses.
