Haven Housing, the multifamily arm of Los Angeles-based BH Properties, has bought The Evergrove at Crystal Village, a newly built 346-unit garden-style community in Leander, capping a 12-month run of four Austin-area apartment purchases and pushing its portfolio past 4,000 residences.
