Tri Pointe Homes has acquired 86 acres within Pearson Ranch, the 156-acre mixed-use district near West Parmer Lane and State Highway 45 in Northwest Austin, where it plans 410 homesites, with land development starting in early 2027 and first home sales in 2028.
