Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal has signed a 50,802-square-foot lease across two floors of Fortis Property Group's newly renovated Dallas Arts Tower, relocating more than 100 employees from Bank of America Plaza as downtown Dallas office vacancy slips below 20 percent for the first time in nearly three years.
