Crow Holdings Clears Dallas City Council for 300,000 SQFT Old Parkland East Expansion With 290-Foot Height Cap

The Dallas City Council's Aug. 25 vote more than doubles the permitted building height on the eastern half of Crow Holdings' Old Parkland campus, clearing the way for four buildings and roughly 300,000 square feet aimed squarely at the family offices and investment firms that have turned the Oak Lawn enclave into the most exclusive office address in Texas.
