Fidelis Breaks Ground This Fall on 200,000 SQFT Sprouts-Anchored Grand Imperial Marketplace in Spring

Bellaire-based Fidelis has locked down six national retailers in two months for a shopping center on the northern Grand Parkway, reviving a project it shelved when the pandemic hit and betting that roughly 7,000 homes still to be built around the site will carry the rest of the leasing.
