A lender has put 2100 Ross, the 33-story tower on the edge of the Dallas Arts District, on the path to a foreclosure sale over roughly $79 million in unpaid debt, threatening to hand the building to its third owner in 14 years at a price well below what the current ownership paid in 2015.
