McCombs’ Million-SQFT Jones Ave. Takes Shape Between the Pearl and San Antonio Museum of Art

McCombs Enterprises and partner Turnbridge Equities are putting a sharper face on Jones Ave., the eight-building, more than 1 million-square-foot mixed-use district planned on a former CPS Energy yard along the Museum Reach, betting that a riverfront address between the Pearl and the San Antonio Museum of Art can carry new office, apartment and restaurant space through a still-uneven market.
