The Perot Museum of Nature and Science is betting $185 million that the surface parking beside its Victory Park landmark is worth more as an outdoor science campus, adding 60,000 square feet of exhibits and a five-story garage as Goldman Sachs and Scotiabank move in and the district's two pro sports teams prepare to leave.
