Polk Mechanical has leased 260,429 square feet at LXP Industrial Trust's RiverPark 500 near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, the larger of two Cushman & Wakefield industrial deals that filled big blocks for institutional owners across the metroplex this summer.
