UT Regents Greenlight $5B, 2.5MM SQFT Dell Medical Center in North Austin

The University of Texas System Board of Regents authorized the first phase of the $5 billion UT Dell Medical Center on Aug. 12, clearing early construction on a 27-acre North Austin campus that pairs the university with MD Anderson Cancer Center to build what backers call the nation's first AI-native hospital.
