TPG Inc. is preparing to break ground in September on a $4 million renovation of Saint Ann Court, the opening move in the alternative asset manager's campaign to reposition the five-tower, 1.2 million-square-foot Harwood District office portfolio it recapitalized alongside developer Harwood International earlier this year.
