The Frisco natural gas producer's letter of intent with Azerbaijan's state oil company and a $450 million drilling venture with majority shareholder Jerry Jones underwrite the East Texas acreage feeding a $16 billion, 5.2-gigawatt generation complex in Anderson County, arriving six weeks after Jones sold his Class A-plus tower at The Star and three weeks into a state freeze on data center grid connections.
