A joint venture between PRP Real Assets and Riyad Capital has replaced construction-era debt on the ExxonMobil-leased campus at 777 Hidden Ridge with a $250 million Bank of America loan, a bet that an oil major's signature on a lease running to 2039 counts for more than the fact that almost nobody works in the building.
